Refund AirAsia RM 10.00 counter check-in fee.
Starting 22 December 2011, AirAsia is abolishing the RM 10 counter check-in fees for all international flights.
This is part of our continuous effort to reduce the cost of travelling
for all of our guests in-lieu of the recent passenger service charge
hike.
Guest who have pre-paid their counter check-in fees for their international flights from 21 September up to 21 December 2011 may obtain a refund in the form of credit shell through our customer care e-form www.airasia.com/my/en/faqdetailsform.html. Whereas counter check-in fee for domestic flights will remain as it is.
Comment: Personally, i knew it was not a good move to charge customer more. The web check-in could save you RM 10 but it's not being practised at all other destinations. So, eventhough you've web check-in, you'll still need to queue up the 'check-in' line again. :P

Note for Hand Carry-On Luggage
Size and Weight Guidelines
Most airlines typically enforce a 50-lb. limit per checked item and charge fees for checked baggage.
- For Jetstar (JQ) and Jetstar Asia (3K/VF), dimensions of main items must not exceed 56cm (width) 36cm (height) 23cm (depth) for an overnight bag, laptop bag or briefcase.
- For Jetstar Pacific (BL), dimensions of main items must not exceed 48cm (width) 34cm (height) 23cm (depth) for an overnight bag or briefcase.
- AirAsia limit is 7kg
For
carry-ons, allowable sizes (and the number of bags allowed) are not
standardized, but most airlines allow carry-on bags no larger than 22" x
14" x 9". It’s wise to check with your airline about size limits before
departure.
What size bag or pack is best for you? Here are some rough guidelines:
